Rachael Dennis is a wearer of many hats, Project Officer for 50 Things to Do, Community Volunteer, Freelance Creative and self described Social Signposter. Rachael works across the district and enjoys finding ways to move to music.

Catherine is an artist, illustrator and print-maker who turns the voices of underrepresented communities into pictures. She can often be found walking and sketching in her local neighbourhood, practising ‘seeing’ and developing her creative process.  

Shannon Fitzgerald is a Bradfordian Change Maker! Working and volunteering in the community to creatively support Food Shares, community lead activities and breaks. Shannon works at Bradford New Church Community Group where she hosts sessions Monday to Friday offering support and signposting to all.

Kelly is a cultural practitioner with extensive experience in community engagement and project management. Currently at Bradford Cultural Voice Forum, she oversees the cultural network and produces bi-monthly events to bring the sector together. At Sheffield Theatres, she supports in the delivery of large-scale theatre productions. Kelly has also worked on projects at the Bradford District Museums & Galleries and Leeds 2023, producing inclusive and impactful cultural experiences. 

Harry was first introduced to giant puppets in 1998 at Belfast’s Beat Initiative. Since then he has worked on street parades around the country and with ‘In the Heart of the Beast’ puppet theatre in the USA. He has a background in street circus performance, having studied physical theatre at Hope Street in Liverpool. 

Katie has always had a heart for beauty and community. She first studied sculpture at art college then later gained a professional community worker qualification and job in estates in Bradford. She has many years of experience delivering workshops and visual art projects in both the UK and abroad and loves to make things.

Nicola is a Bradford-based multimedia artist, Director of Kynd and co-chair at South Square Arts Centre.  She plays a lead role at Bradford Death Cafe and is a trained secondary art teacher. With over 20 years in Bradford, Nicola is renowned for her sustainable community arts, teenage advocacy, and deep appreciation of nature’s role in creativity and wellbeing.

Ahseem is a filmmaker who graduated from the University of Bradford in 2021 with a First Class Honours degree in film. His short films have won awards at film festivals and he has also produced documentaries for regional television channels. He has recently broadened his horizons into writing, having completed a video game script this year funded by the UK Games Fund and is currently writing his first comic book.

Charlotte is a freelance creative/producer for events and small festivals. She is co-founder of Bradford Music Scene and runs Life and Soul Seeker, where she organises silent disco tours, creative workshops and visionboard workshops.
